This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns and refunds for purchases made through www.zydrogenai.com (the “Website”) and must be read alongside our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreements”).
Binding Effect and Hierarchy of Terms.

2.1 You may request a return within thirty (30) days after receipt of your order.
2.2 To qualify, the product must: (a) be unused and unworn; (b) include all original packaging, labels, and tags; and (c) be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.3 Returns must be initiated by contacting support@zydrogenai.com. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3.1 Returns are not permitted for the following items: (a) perishable goods, including but not limited to food, flowers, or plants; (b) custom or personalized products; (c) personal care, beauty, or health products once opened or unsealed; (d) hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases; (e) sale items and gift cards, except where required by law.
4.1 Exchanges are processed only by returning an item and placing a new order.
4.2 All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the new order.
5.1 Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
5.2 Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
5.3 Processing times vary by bank or card issuer. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since approval and no refund has been received, you must contact support@zydrogenai.com.
6.1 You must inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6.2 Notification must include order details and photographs of the issue to allow us to assess and resolve the matter.
7.1 European Union and United Kingdom. If your order is shipped into the EU or UK, you may cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receipt without reason. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of cancellation, subject to our right to withhold until goods are returned or proof of return is provided. Consumers must return goods within fourteen (14) days of cancellation. Exceptions apply for sealed personal care or health items once opened.
7.2 Australia. Purchases are subject to non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that fail to meet statutory guarantees.
7.3 Canada (excluding Québec). Certain provincial laws regulate Internet sales and provide cancellation rights. This Policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.
7.4 Québec. Consumer contracts must comply with the Québec Consumer Protection Act. Where this Policy conflicts with Québec law, the latter prevails.
